I was able to talk to the blonde haired girl about the teacher's stolen wallet and it gave me the indication that I needed to lower her health, but whenever I do that, the only dialogue option is to send her to the nurse.
m....you should talk with her when she have low health.
At 60 health it says that I need to "hurt her and then ask." At 40 health it only gives me the option to send her to the infirmary. I have my power stat maxed out, so as far as I know, I always reduce her health by 20 per round of punishment. Is there a solution?

and lower the res
Even with 0 res and 102 sub, it is doing the same thing.

Nothing happens after that for me too just the black hair girl saying i need to prove her sisters innocence but i don't see any prompt for that.
you should do all brown hair girl's request and talk with yellow hair girl.

you can talk with black hair girl as "Your sister has been sent to the infirmary " with low hp. if you clear the black and red hair girls' quest, you can talk with yellow hair girl about teacher's wallet.
